Speaking
I am the Chief Administrative Officer and an Associate Pastor at Church of the King in Mandeville, Louisiana, one of the largest spirit-filled congregations in the Greater New Orleans Metro area. Additionally, I am the President of The Make It Happen Learning Institute founded to help marketplace leaders revolutionize their companies and their teams with Make It Happen Team Values that reach people and unleash their extraordinary God-given potential through the “can do” leadership principles of the Word of God.
I have been speaking on topics related to leadership, teamwork, and personal development for more than 10 years. As a former business executive with operational responsibilities for multiple business divisions of Ochsner Health System, the largest integrated healthcare delivery system in the Gulf South, I have spoken at national business conferences, corporate leadership retreats, and team-building seminars. Besides speaking on a national level, I have also taught leadership principles on the corporate level through The Make It Happen Leadership Development College as well as taught Management Accountability principles and People Management lessons as an executive faculty member of the Ochsner Learning Institute. Lastly, as an executive staff leader, ministry team coach, and small group leader at Church of the King, I also enjoy the opportunity to share my faith and teach leadership principles based on the Word of God.
